This paining receive the Best Painitng Award  at their  Annual Juried 2025 Connecticut Fine Art Academy Exhibition.

I feel it is one of my finest paintings to date. Rich in color,imagery,texture and enigmatic depth.

This is this seasons first SCAA Members Invitational Exhibition. Seven member artists, who have been in accepted in at least three juried shows over the past three years, will be  exhibiting. 

My work will consist of several older and newer pieces that explore the theme  of Reflection.

I am pleased to participate in this exhibition.

"The Bristol Art Museum is pleased to present “The Abstract,” a multigenerational; group exhibit featuring works by twelve regional artists, this exhibit presents the viewer with numerous ways that abstract art is a well established cultural convention. Together their works create a story of how they share an interest in tradition and a fascination for building personal idioms of expression, while simultaneously maintaining stylistic and material extremes.

There have been many reasons that artists choose to create abstract imagery; some inspired by ideas or concepts, and others by the natural environment or experiences. It is the varying ways in which they encounter the world that give each artist creative voice and approach to reinterpreting reality into art. Reflection will showcase 13 paintings using a variety of mediums.

the images will reflect my signature theme of life's mysteries by vigorously

exploring surfaces on wood and acrylic panels enriched by piercing subtle,

impulsive lines shapes and colors. Metal panels have been added to provide reflective edge

and, in turn,invite each viewer to reflect on their own world of shadows dreams and enigma.
